Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or using this website. By accessing or making a purchase on TMES Retail, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Thai laws.
1. About Us
TMES Retail is operated by TMES Co., Ltd. ("TMES", "we", "us"), an Authorised Apple Reseller and premium electronics retailer registered in Thailand (Tax ID: 0105554141420). Our registered office is at 43 Thai CC Tower, 22nd floor, Unit A228-A229, South Sathon Road, Yannawa, Sathon, Bangkok 10120.
2. Products, Availability & Pricing
All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and include VAT (7%) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without notice. Product images are for illustration only and may differ slightly from actual items.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit & debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express
- PromptPay
- Internet banking (major Thai banks)
- 0% instalment plans up to 10 months via KBank, SCB, KTC, and participating banks
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified, if an item is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. You will be notified and any payment taken will be fully refunded.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout Thailand. Estimated delivery times from order confirmation:
- Bangkok Metropolitan Area: 1–2 business days
- Upcountry Thailand: 2–4 business days
- Same-day delivery available in Bangkok for orders placed before 12:00 noon on business days (additional fee applies)
Orders of ฿5,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
Eligible returns
- Item is unused and in its original, unopened condition
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included
- Original receipt or order confirmation is provided
Non-returnable items
- Software, digital content, or items with a broken seal
- Personalised or engraved items
- Items showing physical damage caused after delivery
To initiate a return, contact returns@tmes.co.th or call 02-6757498 within the window. We will send a pre-paid return label for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item, via the original payment method.
6. Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) & Defective Products
If you receive an item that is dead-on-arrival, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will replace or fully refund the item at no cost to you.
7. Warranty
All Apple products sold by TMES Retail carry Apple's 1-year Limited Warranty. Extended coverage is available through AppleCare+, purchasable at the time of sale. Non-Apple accessories carry manufacturer warranties as specified on the product page. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of TMES Co., Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by Thai intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, TMES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 and Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544. Disputes shall first be resolved by mutual agreement; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangkok.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
